Made to order. Shipped by Printful.

Printful and its fulfilment partners print, pack and ship our merchandise directly to your delivery address. Audio Asylum Records remains your seller and point of contact.

Shipping prices and destinations

We currently accept orders and deliver to Switzerland and the United States only. EU delivery is not yet available.

Checkout shows the available shipping methods and the shipping price for your address and basket before you pay. Availability varies by product and destination. An address for which no shipping service is available cannot be checked out.

Production, delivery and tracking

Your item is produced after ordering. Production and transit are separate stages. We provide available delivery estimates and tracking information when the shipment is dispatched. These estimates can change with production capacity, carrier conditions or customs clearance.

Different products may be fulfilled in different facilities and arrive in separate parcels. A T-shirt and a poster, for example, may ship separately.

International charges

Depending on the shipment origin and destination, customs duties, import taxes or carrier clearance charges may be payable by the recipient. Where these charges are included at checkout, the selected shipping option will state that. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Delivery problems

Check your delivery address carefully and contact info@audioasylum-records.com promptly if it needs correction or if a shipment is missing or damaged. Include your order number. We will coordinate the issue with Printful.
