1. Your seller

These terms apply to merchandise purchased on audioasylum-records.com. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Products and orders

Merchandise is made to order. Select the correct product, colour and size and check the product information before ordering. Product images are supplied by the fulfilment provider; fabric, lighting and printing can cause small differences in appearance.

You can review and correct your selection and delivery details before submitting the order. A sales contract is formed when payment is confirmed and we accept your order. An unavailable item or an order we cannot fulfil will be cancelled and the corresponding payment refunded.

3. Prices, currencies and payment

The selected currency, item prices, shipping charges and any taxes collected at checkout are shown before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency-conversion charges.

For an international shipment, local import duties, import taxes or carrier clearance charges may apply unless checkout explicitly states that they are included. These charges are determined by the destination authorities and carrier.

4. Production and delivery

Printful and its fulfilment partners produce and ship our merchandise directly to you. Products may ship from different facilities and arrive in separate packages. Production and delivery estimates are estimates; the available destination, shipping method and final shipping charge are determined at checkout.

Provide a complete, deliverable address. If an address is incorrect, contact us promptly. Address changes may no longer be possible once production or dispatch has started. We will explain any actual additional delivery cost before requesting payment for it.

5. Returns, withdrawal and defects

Our returns and withdrawal policy explains the process. Print-on-demand production alone does not remove a statutory right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights for defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain intact.

6. Customer service

Contact info@audioasylum-records.com with your order number. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, a description and photographs help us resolve the issue with the fulfilment provider. This request does not limit any mandatory consumer right.

7. Applicable rights

Swiss law applies to the extent permitted by law. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country. Mandatory rules on jurisdiction and legal remedies continue to apply.
