Please include your order number when contacting us. Do not send a parcel to a fulfilment facility without instructions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

If an item arrives damaged, has a print defect or does not match your order, contact us as soon as possible. A description and photographs help us arrange the appropriate remedy with Printful. Your mandatory rights, including applicable warranty and refund rights, are not limited by the fulfilment provider’s internal claim deadlines.

Statutory withdrawal rights

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, including qualifying consumer purchases directed to the EU or EEA, you can notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Print-on-demand manufacture of our standard designs does not by itself exclude this right.

Notify us at info@audioasylum-records.com or by post to the seller address above. Identify the order and the goods you are returning. After notifying us, return eligible goods within the applicable statutory period, normally 14 days. We will give you return instructions; the seller address above is the return address unless another address is agreed.

For an eligible withdrawal, we refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery option, as required by law. You bear the direct cost of the return unless we agree otherwise or the goods are defective. We may withhold the refund until the goods or evidence of their return are received. Refunds use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. A deduction for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may apply where legally permitted.

Other change-of-mind returns

If no statutory withdrawal right applies, change-of-mind returns or size exchanges require agreement with us before return. This does not affect rights for defective or incorrectly supplied goods. Please check the size information before ordering.

Simple withdrawal notice

You may send the following information by email or post: “I withdraw from my purchase of [goods], ordered on [date], received on [date]. My name, address and order number are [details].” A signature is required only for a paper notice. Use of this form is optional.
