Website operation
Our website is hosted with Infomaniak. Technical data such as IP address, browser information and server logs are used to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose errors. Necessary session and shopping-cart cookies support the shop and login functionality.
Orders and customer service
When you shop with us, we process the information needed for the order, including your name, email, billing and delivery address, selected products and sizes, order amount, currency, payment status and customer-service correspondence. We use this information to take payment, fulfil and deliver the order, provide support and comply with legal obligations.
Payment processing with Stripe
Stripe processes your payment information and transaction. Card details are submitted to Stripe’s payment interface; we do not store full card numbers or security codes in this website’s order records. Stripe may also process device, connection and fraud-prevention information. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
Production and delivery with Printful
We share the order and delivery details necessary to calculate delivery options, produce the chosen goods and ship the order with Printful and its fulfilment and delivery partners. These details can include your name, delivery address, email, phone number if provided, order items and delivery instructions. See Printful’s privacy policy.
Reviews and comments
If you submit a review or comment, we process the submitted name, email and content, together with technical information used for security and spam prevention. Your chosen name and review or comment can be displayed publicly. Your email is not displayed as part of the review. Where avatar display is enabled, the Gravatar service may receive an email hash to retrieve an avatar.
International processing
Payment, fulfilment and delivery services may process information in Switzerland, the EEA, the United States or other countries involved in the service. Applicable contractual and statutory safeguards govern international processing. The provider policies explain their arrangements.
Optional newsletter
If you subscribe to Audio Asylum Label News, we use your email address to send music, merchandise, offers, discounts and occasional news from Audio Asylum Records, Hyperium, HESS and M.O.S.I. The newsletter is optional and requires confirmation by email. A purchase does not subscribe you. Infomaniak provides the registration, delivery and unsubscribe service and processes your email address, confirmation and subscription status, registration time and technical data used to verify the request and prevent abuse. Each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link that works without a shop login. We retain the consent record and necessary suppression information to honour your choice. Newsletter interaction statistics may include delivery, opens and link clicks. See Infomaniak’s privacy policy.
Retention
We retain order and accounting records for applicable statutory periods and information needed for fulfilment, warranty, claims and support. Data that is no longer needed is removed or anonymised where practical and legally permitted. We do not use an order to sign you up for a marketing newsletter automatically.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable law and legal retention duties. Other rights, including objection, restriction or portability, may apply depending on your jurisdiction. Contact info@audioasylum-records.com. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority.
External links and embedded media
Links or embedded media from third-party services are governed by their own privacy practices. Shop product images are hosted on this website. If you choose to use an external service, its privacy policy applies to that service.
